The compression driver owns a special completely new developed compression chamber and a wooden horn front. Both components are optimized for the driver itself in all their parameters and are specially built in the Blumenhofer facilities.
Come a step nearer to reality with the big Fun 17: have Fun!Die Membran ist eine innovative P2C® Sandwich-Membran, bestehend aus 2 Peek® Folien (Victrex) mit dazwischen liegender Karbonschicht. Sie besitzt eine äußerst hohe Steifigkeit und Resonanzarmut.
Der Hochton-Druckkammertreiber wird durch ein besonderes Verfahren veredelt. Dieses Verfahren mit dem von Blumenhofer eigenentwickelten Hornvorsatz ist eines der Geheimnisse des natürlichen Klangs der Fun-Serie ohne die sonst häufig horntypischen Verfärbungen.

La membrana P2C® del Woofer è una membrana a sandwich che consiste di 2 strati di Peek® (Victrex) iniettati di carbonio e pressati ad altissime temperature. Le caratteristiche sono la rigidezza e la bassa risonanza
Il driver di compressione è un ulteriore sviluppo di Blumenhofer basato su un prodotto di mercato già di elevata qualità. La tromba anteriore è invece stata integralmente sviluppata su base sperimentale estrema. Il materiale ed il profilo fanno la differenza.
